Loan Process
- Initial apllication is taken in order to pre-approve you for a home mortgage.
- You are responsible for returning all requested items from the initial application promptly to insure a timely close.
- Once all items are gathered, our loan processors submit the loan package to be underwritten.
- Upon approval, homeowners insurance information is needed before documents can be ordered.
- You will be contacted in order to sign the final closing documents.
